Hot-melt road sealant is a thermally applied polymeric sealing material with strong adhesion and high elasticity, processed through special techniques from base asphalt, high molecular polymers, rubber powder, SBS thermoplastic styrene-butadiene rubber, stabilizers, additives, and other materials.
This sealant is a composite material of solid modified asphalt and thermoplastic rubber, featuring fast melting, strong adhesion, and excellent deformation recovery resistance. Compared to other types of sealants, it offers rapid curing, low viscosity, easy penetration into various cracks, outstanding high-temperature stability, low-temperature crack resistance, and ductility. It can elastically deform with the expansion and contraction of cracks, consistently sealing road surface fractures, with strong adhesion, water resistance, and aging resistance.
Road crack sealant is characterized by fast melting, easy application, good sealing performance, low-temperature flexibility, and high-temperature stability.
It exhibits excellent deformation recovery resistance and, compared to other sealants, cures quickly, has low viscosity, and easily penetrates various cracks.
It possesses superior high-temperature stability, low-temperature crack resistance, and ductility, enabling elastic deformation with crack movement to maintain seal integrity, along with strong adhesion, water resistance, and aging resistance.
It remains crack-free at -40°C and non-sticky at 60°C, fully accommodating the thermal expansion and contraction of road cracks with seasonal changes.
Widely used for sealing and repairing asphalt pavement cracks on highways, high-grade roads, urban roads, airports, as well as for joint sealing on cement concrete pavements.
Polyurethane sealant is a self-leveling, single-component, cold-applied sealant with high bond strength, excellent physical properties, strong resistance to displacement, moderate viscosity, and good leveling characteristics. It undergoes a chemical reaction upon contact with moisture in the air, forming a tough, wear-resistant, and seamless protective seal within cracks. It offers strong weather resistance, does not flow at high temperatures, remains non-brittle at low temperatures, and can be applied in temperatures ranging from 50°C to -40°C. This product, when applied before rain, will not peel off after rain and maintains elasticity.
